3. Cheerios 1 Cup
After Breakfast 2 or 3 hours :

Lunch:
1. Wheat Pita Bread 1 small Piece
2. Skim Milk 1 Cup
3. Fudsicle without Sugar 1 quantity
Dinner:
1. Brown Rice (Cooked) 2 Cups
2. Mushrooms, Yellow Beans and Green Beans
3. Tomatoes Olive Caper (Roasted)
4. Banana 2,3 Pieces
